Brink has been a leading consultancy and management firm in the built environment for more than 50 years. The acquisition of PM² has resulted in the most comprehensive expertise group in the Netherlands in the field of technically complex laboratories and cleanrooms, with a strong focus on high-tech and biosciences. By now continuing under one name, Brink and PM² combine their unique knowledge and experience for their joint clients in this niche market.
Adriaan Visser, CEO of Brink, explains, “With the integration of PM² under the Brink name, we are taking the next step in our strategic focus on technically complex challenges. Together with PM², we have laid a strong foundation in the market for labs and cleanrooms. By now, our people know each other well and work as one team on our assignments. With this step, we can present a single face to the outside world and serve our clients even better.”
Rob Mulder and Bas van Halen, founders of PM², confirm: “Our cooperation on various projects has made it clear how complementary our teams are. By continuing under one name, we become more recognizable to the market and can offer even more value to our clients.”
As of January 1, Bas van Halen and Rob Mulder will step down, but will remain involved with Brink. From then on, Erwin Verkooijen and Tom Wiardi will assume the daily management of the Brink expertise group Laboratories and cleanrooms.
The integration of PM² within Brink ensures broader coverage of the market for laboratories and cleanrooms, both in the (semi)public and private sector. By joining forces, Brink can advise and guide its clients even better in all phases of the building process.
